Bespoke Kitchen in Highgate
This bespoke kitchen in Highgate centres on a striking Marazzi Porcelain-clad island, paired with Mocca Vintage Oak veneered base units to balance contemporary form with natural warmth. Designed and installed by K&I Kitchens, the project includes a veneered Walnut tea and coffee pantry with pocket doors, a bi-fold worktop unit, and bespoke-colour tall and wall cabinetry. Integrated Miele, Liebherr, and Novy appliances complete the space.
Design Details
The centrepiece of this Highgate kitchen is a Marazzi Porcelain-clad island, its material chosen for both its visual weight and its resilience in a high-use cooking environment. Mocca Vintage Oak veneered base units introduce a warm, textured contrast that grounds the overall composition.
A dedicated tea and coffee pantry, finished in veneered Walnut with pocket doors, provides concealed storage and a clean sight line when closed. The bi-fold worktop unit offers additional prep space that tucks away when not needed. Bespoke-colour tall and wall units frame the room with a cohesive tonal palette, while integrated Miele ovens, a warming drawer, and Liebherr refrigeration sit flush within the cabinetry. A Novy gas and induction hob paired with a Pando ceiling extractor keeps the cooking zone open and unobstructed, and 1810 Company sinks with a champagne trough and Quooker boiling water taps complete the functional detailing.
